My visit was very pleasant and informative. I learned about a great flossing tool so now I floss daily and often more than once a day. The dentist was seemingly very conscientious and thorough in his exam. Gabby, the office lady, as usual, was very pleasant and she always greets you with a smile and gives a warm farewell which sets a great foundation to the visit. It was overall a great experience!

Dr. Scatchkov detected a bacterial development in a 15 year old crown. His expertise and early detection speaks well to his abilities. I am grateful to have Dr. Scatchkov on my healthcare team!

I just had a root canal on my top front tooth. Injections in the front always hurt. Not with Dr. Skachkov. I seriously did not know when he gave me the injections. THIS DOCTOR IS GOOD. Yes I just had a painless root canal. I am one-hundred-per-cent pleased with the work that he did. And his crew is top-notch also. Well-done ladies. Thanks.

I believe Dr. Eubanks has discriminated against me because of the anxiety that comes with my PTSD. I cried during a filling and had to reschedule the next 3 appointments (with good reason) and for that they have dropped me. I'm a veteran who gets their care through VA Community Care services. I can't afford to get my dental care through another route. In my opinion, Dr Eubank's office is unprofessional because they treated me, a veteran VA Community Care patient, like just a paycheck. I don't think they should be serving the veteran community if their level of patience is so short as to drop a patient after a third reschedule. Shortly after I had to reschedule an appointment a third time, they sent me a letter cancelling the new appointment and all future appointments. The letter basically says they understand I have anxiety (because I cried during my last appointment) but even so they still have to cancel all future appointments. What happened was I missed one appointment partly because there were no appointment reminders from the dentist, then had to reschedule the second appointment weeks in advance due to a court date, and then had something stop me from being able to go right before the third appointment but I was able to call about hour ahead to tell them I couldn't possibly make it due to unforseen circumstances and they rescheduled with me on the phone then sent me the attached letter about a week later cancelling all future services. In my opinion, based on this letter, this dentist cancelled our future appointments because of $$$ not because he cares about me as a human being. In my opinion, this is why they go to great lengths in their letter to explain around the real issue, $$$. It seems to me like this is obviously disability discrimination because the basis for this is anxiety and that is a primary feature of my PTSD, for which I am rated 100% Permanently and totally disabled by the VA.
